Metro Bus is KansasCity's fixed-route bus service operating a large number of routes throughout the greater Kansas City Area and includes 11 Park&Ride Routes. the Swing Shift Service Provides one-way taxi service for Kansas City residents who cannot complete their daily round-trip commutes on Metro buses. Night Stop, Available between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., allows passengers to request that the driver let them off at any safe point along the regular route, even though it may not be at a Metro bus stop. All busses are lift-equipped for those who use wheeldchairs. Paratransit Service The Kansas City Area is served by three paratransit services. These services offer transportation to those who cannot use fixed-route bus service due to additional disabilities. Share-a-Fare serves Kansas City Missouri. Kansas City Kansas is served by Dial-a-Ride Kansas. Independence Missouri is served by Dial-a-Ride Independence. Please see below for contact information.
